GBIC Forum: Crowdfunding Methodology – The Rise of New Partner Mode
Keynote speaker: Jiawei Zhang
On March 4th, the GBIC forum was held in UBC. The topic is “Method of Crowdfunding: The rise of new partner model”. More than 100 guests attended the forum.
Dr. Guangyu Wang was the host of this event, first he welcomed all attendants, then he invited the keynote speaker, Dr. Jiawei Zhang, to give his speech.
Dr. Jiawei Zhang talked about the difference between crowdfunding and “Chinese-style crowdfunding”, with an explanation on the basis of crowdfunding. Through the cases of his own, he expounded the core concepts and methodology of ” Chinese-style crowdfunding”, and illustrated the importance of the new partner system in the Internet age and its trend of future development. He also pointed out problems of crowdfunding and “Chinese-style crowdfunding” in the development process and countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
Dr. Bin Zhao talked about her opinion about crowdfunding after Dr. Zhang finished his speech. Dr. Zhao thinks crowdfunding will come more and more popular in the future.
